제품 표면의 크랙 기포 등은 작업물 자체의 고유한 질감으로 이는 하자 또는 불량이 아니기에 이러한 이유로 교환과 환불은 어렵습니다
따라서 각 제품 상세페이지에 명시된 정보를 꼼꼼히 확인하시고 신중한 구매 부탁드립니다
그이외의 상품 하자 또는 오배송의 경우 제품 수령일로부터 7일 이내 환불이 가능합니다
제품 특성상 반송시 파손되지 않도록 초기 패킹상태와 동일하게 반송이 되어야 합니다

Returns
All of PCS products are unique. They are not duplicated and are made one by one by hand.
Accordingly, exchanges for the same product are not possible, and refunds are difficult for products whose sales value has been damaged due to simple change of mind or carelessness.

In case of other product defects or incorrect delivery, a refund is possible within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
